This Original work of Automotive Fine Art, by Nicolas Hunziker is a tribute to Steve McQueens Class Victory at the 1970 12 hrs of Sebring.
Driving his 908 Porsche along with Peter Revson, they missed overall victory by just over 20 seconds to Mario Andretti.
This silk screened T Shirt was made using water based ink on a 100% pre-shrunk soft spun cotton. Manufactured by A2Z Racergear under license from the Steve McQueen Estate.
An interesting historical side note: Tony "a2z" Adamowicz is a partner in a2z Racer Gear, the manufacturer of this shirt, and drove the NART Ferrari in this same race. He also drove the NART Ferrari at Le Mans during the filming of the Steve McQueen movie of the same name.
